ABWA - American Business Women's Association

Outlook Positive Express Network (OPEN) is an Express Network of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA).

OPEN would not exist without the presence of and guidance from ABWA on a national level.  ABWA is the organization that allows our members to connect with thousands of businesswomen all over the nation. 

The mission of ABWA is to bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support, and national recognition.

The Vision of OPEN is to have a welcoming environment, inspiring our members to get involved locally and nationally, both in ABWA and the community. To encourage our members to use the Women’s Instructional Network (WIN) to achieve their personal and professional goals.

OPEN prides itself on being an Express Network that continually strives for excellence.  Because of this, we have earned many awards, such as:

 

2005-11: Best Practices Level I (the highest attainable).

2012: Best Practices Level III

All Best Practices awards are earned by hard work from both the membership and the board.
